Arc Foundry, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) operates Hallie, an AI-powered conversational companion delivered via text message. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information we collect

• Phone number (used to create your account and deliver messages)
• First and last name
• Onboarding responses (such as age range, interests, and communication preferences)
• Text conversations with Hallie
• Payment information (processed securely by a third-party payment provider — we do not store your card details)

Information collected automatically

• Device type and phone platform
• Usage data (such as pages visited and onboarding progress)
• Session replay data about website interactions, with form inputs masked by default
• Referral and attribution data (such as how you found us)

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and personalize your conversations with Hallie
• Maintain conversation memory so Hallie can remember context over time
• Send proactive follow-up messages based on things you’ve shared
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Analyze and improve the Service
• Send service-related communications (such as billing reminders and trial expiration notices)

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data
• We do not share your conversations for advertising purposes
• We do not use your conversations for marketing to other users
• We do not make your conversations visible to other users

4. Service providers

We work with third-party service providers to help operate and deliver the Service, including but not limited to providers for AI and language model processing, payment processing, authentication, infrastructure, and analytics. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their respective functions. We do not share your information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain your conversation history and account data for as long as your account is active in order to provide the Service’s memory features. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data through the end of your billing period, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our internal retention practices. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of analytics tracking
• Cancel your subscription at any time

Hallie is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via text message or email. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
